The thought of a live in person workshop can be a bit overwhelming\, not being entirely sure what goes on during one\, how does everyone behave etc. Our mind tends to perceive a lot of actions more much intensely than they actually end up being. This documentary is intended for those 18 and over and is very easy going and inclusive to all body shapes and ages. Taking small steps is a great way to ease slowly into a mindset shift\, watching Betty’s documentary with like minded support can be a great stepping stone to understanding more about in person workshops and becoming more comfortable with your own body.
