It is a guided\, practical process centered on self-knowledge\, embodied awareness and pleasure. Participants reconnect with their bodies\, explore desire from a positive perspective and cultivate confidence\, autonomy and self-trust. \nEach participant works with professional tools such as a steel bar and a medical-grade silicone vibrator\, both provided during the workshop and taken home afterwards. \nWhy BodySex?\nOwning our sexuality is fundamental for having a grounded presence in the world and clarity about our desires and boundaries.
