Betty is known for her genital drawings. Planned Parenthood and many other organizations have licensed these images. They are based on Polaroid pictures that Betty took of her girlfriends' vulvas.
This detailed pen and ink vulva drawing was part of a series Betty drew for her first book and feminist classic Liberating Masturbation.
Notice the fluted clitoral hood and sleek, symmetrical inner labia. Betty called this the Art Deco style.
