Individual Sessions with Carlin
Carlin’s Individual Bodysex provides personal education coaching over five 1-hour sessions with you. Your work together includes your a discussion of your sexual history, education about vulvas and pleasure anatomy, Genital Show and Tell, Vulva Massage, the Rock and Roll Orgasm Technique, and Fantasy. Podcasts guide your practice between sessions.
This option is recommended for women who have never had an orgasm or want personalized guidance and coaching.

Group Workshop with Laura
Laura’s Virtual Group Bodysex Workshop includes five 90-minute sessions with up to six participants. Our group sessions include discussion and education about vulvas, pleasure anatomy, Genital Show and Tell, Vulva Massage, the Rock and Roll technique, and Fantasy. Videos and podcasts guide your practice between group sessions plus you’ll have two individual coaching sessions with Laura for individual support.
This option is recommended for women who want to improve their orgasm and/or heal guilt and shame with support in community.
