Betty is known for her genital drawings. Planned Parenthood and many other organizations have licensed these images. They are based on Polaroid pictures that Betty took of her girlfriends' vulvas.
This vulva drawing appears on page 81 of Betty's international bestseller, Sex for One, published in 1986.
Notice the long drapery of her inner labia. Betty referred to this as the Renaissance style.
