¿Qué es?
BodySex es un taller intensivo en el que trabajarás de forma práctica la relación con tu cuerpo y tu sexualidad. El enfoque del taller es el autoconocimiento y el placer, lo que nos permite encontrar un nuevo sentido de poder e independencia. También tendrás la oportunidad de explorar tu cuerpo con herramientas como la barra corporal y un vibrador, que se proporcionan durante el taller y podrás llevarte a casa.
¿Por qué hacer BodySex?
Ser dueñas de nuestra propia sexualidad es esencial para tener una presencia real en el mundo y ser conscientes de lo que queremos. También es fundamental disfrutar de nosotras mismas y tener una imagen positiva y segura.
BodySex te ayuda a experimentar placer y deseo desde una perspectiva positiva. El placer es un derecho que toda mujer tiene y al que muchas veces renunciamos porque nos han enseñado a sentir vergüenza y no nos hemos permitido conocer nuestro propio cuerpo.
BodySex ofrece un espacio donde escuchar y ser escuchadas, en un ambiente de confianza donde podemos ser nosotras mismas.

BodySex is an intensive workshop where you will work in a practical way on your relationship with your body and your sexuality. The focus of the workshop is on self-knowledge and pleasure, which allows us to discover a new sense of power and independence. You will also have the opportunity to explore your body with tools such as the body bar and a vibrator, which are provided during the workshop and you’ll take home.
Why BodySex?
Owning our own sexuality is essential to have a real presence in the world and to be clear about what we want. It is also essential to enjoy ourselves and to develop a positive and confident self-image.
BodySex helps you experience pleasure and desire from a positive perspective. Pleasure is a right that every woman has, but we often give up on it because we have been taught to feel shame and have not allowed ourselves to truly know our own bodies.
BodySex provides a space to listen and be listened to, in an environment of trust where we can fully be ourselves.
