“Bodysex is a foundational experience. Before beliefs, before roles we’ve learned to perform, before politics, we are bodies. Living, sensing, intelligent bodies. For myself and many women included the relationship with my body and sexuality had been shaped more by silence, shame, or external narratives than by direct knowing.
This workshop is an invitation to return to yourself.
We gather to witness one another in shared humanity without sexualization, comparison or expectation. You are never asked to perform, impress or become anything other than what you already are.
You will be offered education we were rarely given about our own anatomy and sexual response, along with guided, private self exploration that helps you build trust, familiarity and presence with your own body. This is not about fixing yourself or chasing a certain experience. It’s about listening. Learning. Remembering.
Curiosity, nervousness, excitement, or uncertainty doesn’t disqualify you from this work, it is the work. There is no “right time” in life to do this work. It is meaningful and worthwhile at any age, any stage, because it meets you exactly where you are.
I’ve realized for myself that pleasure grows where I feel safe. Where I understand. Where I feel connected. And I am always worthy of that connection, nothing ever needs to be earned.
This event is for vulva havers only and those 18 and over.
