Betty is known for her genital drawings. Planned Parenthood and many other organizations have licensed these images. They are based on Polaroid pictures that Betty took of her girlfriends' vulvas.
Notice the large, prominent clitoris and butterfly-wing drapery of the inner labia. Betty referred to this as the Gothic style.
