Registration details:

Your $500 nonfundable deposit holds your reservation
You’ll recieve a link to the registration form after payment
Complete the form to register.
You’ll receive an invoice via PayPal for the balance of your workshop fee. Credit cards are accepted. Payment in full is expected by March 1, 2024 for the May workshop retreat and August 10th for the October workshop retreat. You can pay in full or by installment. A 10% discount will be applied if paid in full by the early bird registration dates: January 31st, 2024 for May and June 30, 2024 for October.

For the May 6-9 Workshop Retreat
Your payment of the deposit and registration indicates that you understand the following:

1. Payment in full is due by March 1st, 2024. Reservations will be cancelled if full payment is not received, unless an alternative payment plan is arranged and confirmed in advance.
2. A 10% “early bird” discount will be applied if full payment is made by January 31, 2024. 
3. Refund policy: I understand that if I cancel at any time after I register, my $500 initial deposit will not be refunded. Any remaining amount paid is fully refundable prior to March 1st. If I cancel March 1st-April 4, 50% of the amount paid over $500 will be refunded. If I cancel April 5th or anytime after, 0% of the amount paid is refundable or transferrable to another workshop date.

For the October 14-17 Workshop Retreat
Your payment of the deposit and registration indicates that you understand the following:

1. Payment in full is due by August 10th, 2024. Reservations will be cancelled if full payment is not received, unless an alternative payment plan is arranged and confirmed in advance.
2. A 10% “early bird” discount will be applied if full payment is made by June 30, 2024. 
3. Refund policy: I understand that if I cancel at any time after I register, my $500 initial deposit will not be refunded. Any remaining amount paid is fully refundable prior to August 10th.   If I cancel August 10th-September 13th, 50% of the amount paid over $500 will be refunded. If I cancel September 14th or anytime after, 0% of the amount paid is refundable or transferrable to another workshop date.
