Bodysex® is a pleasure-centered, experiential workshop where participants explore their relationships with their body and their orgasm. One of the main things we focus on first in both the group workshop and my one-on-one coaching is connecting with your body (without any toys). Our bodies have a huge capacity for pleasure in many ways beyond our genitals, despite the messaging we are often fed from the media. We explore our relationships with our bodies as well as our sexuality, and I provide education about our anatomy. We talk a lot about barriers to orgasm, specifically the role that our minds play in inhibiting our ability to get “in the mood” and how long it actually takes to become aroused.Â
The two-day workshop is based on Betty Dodson’s workshop format, which includes the following rituals:Â

– Group Massage
In addition, we also explore sexual fantasies, experience a guided self-touch meditation, and incorporate body movement.Â
This group workshop is open to women, transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals.Â
This in-person event is scheduled for Saturday & Sunday, July 22-23, from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Eastern on both days. The location is Durham, North Carolina, USA. The two-day workshop costs $597 and a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your spot.
