From Praying for One to Having Multiple: My Orgasm Story

From Praying for One to Having Multiple: My Orgasm Story

Published March 28, 2026

Can women really have multiple orgasms? I thought it was a myth until BodySex taught me otherwise. This is my transformation from desperately hoping for one orgasm to being multiorgasmic by choice.

I used to wish, hope, and pray for an orgasm. I never knew when it was coming or if it would come at all. I remember thinking “women like me don’t get multiple orgasms.” I believed I was broken or just not built for that level of pleasure.

Then, after BodySex, I learned how to experience and receive orgasms consistently. Now I live in orgasm abundance. I never doubt if I’m going to have an orgasm; I just don’t know the level of intensity. But consistent practice proved my old beliefs wrong.

What Multiple Orgasms Actually Look Like

Over time, I’ve noticed two main scenarios of my orgasmic experiences, and they’re both beautiful in different ways.

Tension Orgasms are short-release orgasms, small, little releases like flutters, but very quick. I can feel the tension in my hips and lower back, always an indicator that I need to have an orgasm. These orgasms feel like I’m just wiping off the stress and emotions from the day or a particular moment. I became present to these subtle, quick orgasms because I have a self-pleasure practice.

Reset Orgasms are completely different. Waves of pleasure rise up to meet me. I don’t chase anything. My legs fall open, swallowing the orgasmic energy. My body falls limp like a wet noodle. There’s tension nowhere. I feel so relaxed and satisfied after the orgasm. I feel like I hit a master reset button. My entire body is at ease. My mind is clear. My heart is pounding just a little bit. My vulva feels so juicy; it’s pulsating and ready to take another bite out of life.

During these reset orgasms, I make deep guttural moans that sound like the relief you get when you take off a pair of stockings. I’m not performing or rushing, just being in the moment with my body going at a pace that feels good. It’s intuitive. I’m in a meditative feminine flow.

How I Went from One-and-Done to Multiple

If you’re reading this thinking, “yeah ok this sounds impossible for me,” I felt the same way. I had to get used to receiving orgasms because I used to hope for just one, so I doubted the idea of being multiorgasmic. With self-pleasure I bumped up against my pleasure threshold – how much pleasure and satisfaction can I actually receive?

Within three months of consistent self-pleasure practice, I began experiencing multiple orgasms. I had to learn what orgasms felt like in my body in order to identify my tension orgasm versus my reset orgasm. Either way, I’m multiorgasmic now, if I choose. Honestly some days I just want tension release which is satisfying while other days I’m ready to receive more.

If you’re just starting, don’t aim for multiples immediately. Spend your first month just learning what orgasms feel like in your body; you might be like me and fin your tension versus reset orgasms. Month two, experiment with staying present after your first orgasm instead of immediately stopping. See if you can receive a second or third orgasm. Month three is when multiples naturally began for me.

My process became methodical but intuitive. I start with full-body connection, breast massage, touching my vulva gently, awakening my whole system. I use a vibe on my labia and perineum for several minutes, letting arousal build slowly. I give myself at least 15 minutes to warm up, massaging my pubic mound and exploring what feels good.

Then I add internal stimulation with a curved toy, using the rock and roll technique until my vulva opens and practically inhales the pleasure. The first orgasm feels incredible, and almost immediately, my body signals it wants more. After that, I trust my body will release another orgasm when it’s ready. I surf on what feels good; I follow that feel good feeling until BOOM, another orgasm.

This abundance didn’t happen because I got lucky. It happened because I learned the sequence: safety first, then touch, then arousal, then desire. Multiple orgasms are just the natural result of understanding how your body actually works.

I Want You to Know That You Can Have This Too

I wish women knew that regardless of your age or size, it’s possible to have multiple orgasms. You can do it alone or with a partner, your choice.

I wish women were relaxed and connected to their bodies enough to allow waves of pleasure to wash over them.

Most importantly, I wish women slowed down and took up space for their satisfaction. As women, most of us were trained to follow the rules, wait our turn, and not take up too much space. We’re so good at it that we rush through pleasure, apologizing for taking time for ourselves. Multiple orgasms require the opposite: luxurious slowness, claiming your right to feel incredible, refusing to settle for “good enough.”

We don’t even notice we’re doing it until we give ourselves permission to receive more. More time, more pleasure, more orgasms. Your body is capable of so much more than you’ve been taught to expect.

Learning to receive multiple orgasms taught me to receive in general. I stopped rushing through meals, started asking for help, began accepting compliments. When you know your body deserves extended pleasure, you start believing you deserve good things everywhere.
